 | Ordering information Dichroic Glass is extremely hard to photograph accurately because it appears to change colour as it moves. Even when using studio lighting it's pretty much impossible to portray the depth and range of colours, and of course dichroic glass is like all glass in that it reflects light, so it's very hard to show the whole piece properly in one image. While this is usually a good thing (customers are pleasantly surprised when they recieve the jewellery they've ordered and find it's even more stunning than they thought) occasionally you may find it's not as you wanted, or not right for the occasion. We do make every effort to describe pieces accurately, using rulers and two images of most jewellery to show as much detail as possible. If you're interested in an item but unsure, contact us and we'll take further images of it and e-mail them to you. However, if when you receive the jewellery and it really isn't what you hoped, we're happy to swap it or refund your money (excluding postage). |
